The previous order dated 18.08.2021 shows that notices were issued to the respondents on the restoration application, but the office report dated 12.04.2022 reveals that the notices sent to the respondents no. 3 & 4 have returned back with an endorsement “office closed”. Neither A.D. card nor envelops have returned back with regard to the respondent nos. 1 & 2. No affidavit of service has been filed.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 3 & 4 by paper publication having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 15 days. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
