Shri Anuj Mandhyan, Advocate files his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent no. 3-Auction Purchaser and submits that he does not want to file reply.
The office report dated 08.12.2022 shows that the notice sent to the respondent no. 2 has returned back with remark “incomplete address”. No affidavit of service has been filed with regard to the respondent nos. 1. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within 10 days for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
