THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal is filed against the impugned order dated 25.01.2021 passed by learned DRT wherein stay of proceedings pursuant to the sale notice dated 19.09.2020 in respect of schedule properties granted in the I.A. filed by the appellant wihch was extended for another two months from the date of the order and respondent bank is directed not to take any action under SARFAESI Act till two months from the date of the order. Since more than two months has already been elapsed, present appeal has become infructuous.
Accordingly, appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be sent to the parties and concerned DRT.
