The learned counsel on inspection of files, submits that the third Appellant has died sometime in 2013 and that he has no legal representatives to be impleaded.
Under the circumstances, no steps are intended to be taken for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant.
The time for bringing on record the legal representatives has already expired and abated and hence, it is recorded that the Appeal as a regards the third Appellant stands abated and barred by limitation.
The Appellant is directed to take appropriate steps.
Post on 30.01.2023 before the Registrar.
