I.A. No. 384/2022 which is an application for amendment of the Memorandum of Appeal bringing certain subsequent events into the pleadings.
There are no objections raised or the reply filed by the Respondent.
The amendment application is, therefore, allowed, keeping open all contentions that are raised by the parties.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks and supply a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal to the counsel appearing for the Respondent to which the Respondent is at liberty to file a reply.
Post on 23.01.2023 before the Registrar for carrying out amendment.
The Status-quo order shall continue till then.
