I.A. No. 653/2022 is an application for setting aside ex-parte order made against the first Respondent Bank on 09.05.2022 for the reason of non-appearance, and this application is filed to get that order set aside. The reason for the non-appearance is also explained in this application and the accompanying affidavit.
The learned counsel for the Appellant has no objection to allowing the application. Accordingly, I.A. 653/2022 is allowed and the ex-parte order made on 09.05.2022 against the Respondent is set aside. The Respondent has also filed a reply to the main Misc. Appeal No.16/2022.
Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within three weeks.
