The office report dated 26.09.2022 shows that pursuant to the earlier order dated 07.07.2022, inspite of last opportunity being granted to the respondent no. 3 vide order dated 30.09.2021, no reply has been filed. Accordingly, the opportunity of the respondent no. 3 for filing reply is hereby closed.
The report further shows that no rejoinder has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the reply filed by the respondent-Bank inspite of three opportunities being granted. As last opportunity, let the rejoinder be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
