THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Appellant is directed to provide copies of the petition as well as the I.A.s./applications to Respondent No. 2 within a week; rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter with advance copy to the Appellant.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 submits that his client has filed an appeal before this Tribunal which is numbered as Diary No. 203 of 2019 (M/s. Argus Cosmetics Limited -vs- Dhanalakshmi Bank) and prayed for hearing of the same analogously with the instant appeal.
List the matter on the 7th of April, 2022 alongwith Diary No. 203 of 2019 (M/s. Argus Cosmetics Limited -vs- Dhanalakshmi Bank).
It is made clear that on the next date, if the Appellant is not present, the matter shall be disposed of without granting adjournment.
