Present: Shri Rajeev Verma, Advocate holding brie of Shri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the appellant Shri Amrish Sahai, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Perusal of the earlier order dated 22.10.2021 shows that Shri R. K. Srivastava had sought time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant, but the office report dated 25.04.2022 reveals that no vakalatnama has been filed till date. The said report further shows that reply of the Bank is on record, but no rejoinder has been filed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava is unable to come today due to some personal reason, therefore, he seeks adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that this is an old matter and the same is being repeatedly adjourned.
Let the appellant file rejoinder as well as vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant by the next date.
