Perusal of the earlier order dated 24.02.2022 shows that direction was issued to the counsel for the appellant for taking steps for service upon the respondent-Auction Purchaser, but the office report dated 06.05.2022 reveals that no steps for service have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant. Let the learned counsel for the appellant take steps for service within a week as per earlier order dated 24.02.2022, failing which appropriate order shall be passed. If steps are taken, affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
