This is an application filed by Appellant praying for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the matter has been settled by and between the parties.
Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that the matter has been settled and the original ‘No Due Certificate’ is lying with the Bank and Appellant may collect the same from the Bank.
Appellant is at liberty to receive the ‘No Due Certificate’ from the Respondent Bank.
