THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank submits a Division Bench judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amravati in Writ Petition No. 1705 of 2022 (M/s. BC Engineering Works -vs- State Bank of India) dated 25th January, 2022 wherein in para 8 it has been ordered as under :
“In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. Appeals No. 22 of 2018 and 23 of 2018 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata stands withdrawn. No order as to costs.”
In view of the aforesaid order of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amravati, the appeal, being Appeal No. 23 of 2018, stands withdrawn.
