This is an application for substitution of legal heirs of Respondent No. 1, Smt. Manorama Mohanty, who died during pendency of the appeal. It is submitted that the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 1 are already on record as Respondents No. 2 and 3. No objection has been filed.
Accordingly, Application No. 332 of 2019 is allowed.
