Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has subsequently been engaged and he has not been served with copy of reply filed by the respondent no. 1.
Learned counsel for the respondent Shri N. K. Singh is not present today even in the second round. Shri Singh is directed to serve a copy of reply to the counsel for the appellant within a week, who may file rejoinder by the next date.
The learned counsel for the appellant may take fresh steps for service of notice upon the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
