Inspite of the earlier order dated 25.02.2022 of this Tribunal, no rejoinder has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the reply of the respondent-Bank. The office report dated 21.04.2022 shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2. There is nothing on record to show that the said respondent has been served with the notice of this Tribunal, even affidavit of service has not been filed. Let the proof of service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 be filed and rejoinder be also filed by the appellant by the next date.
