Advocate for Appellant represented that 2nd instalment, which is payable on or before 20.11.2022 could not be paid due to reasons stated in Affidavit, and Appellant may be permitted to pay 2nd instalment along with 3rd instalment of Rs.20,94,004/-, which is scheduled on 30.11.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Appellant to that extent.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time of 2nd instalment is extended upto 30.11.2022, to be paid along with 3rd instalment, on or before 30.11.2022.
Post the case on 01.12.2022, for compliance of both 2nd and 3rd instalments.
