Today Counsel for Appellant brought a Demand Draft for Rs.10,47,002.35p, and represented that 3rd and 4th instalments, which are payable on or before 10.12.2022, could not be paid due to reasons stated in Affidavit, and Appellant may be permitted to pay 3rd and 4th instalments along with 5th instalment of Rs.31,41,007.15p, which is scheduled on 20.12.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Appellant to that effect.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time of 3rd and 4th instalments is extended upto 20.12.2022, to be paid along with 5th instalment, on or before 20.12.2022.
Post the case on 21.12.2022, for compliance of 3rd , 4th and 5th instalments.
