Advocate for Appellant represented that both 2nd and 3rd instalments, which are payable on or before 30.11.2022 could not be paid due to reasons stated in Affidavit, and Appellant may be permitted to pay 4th instalment along with 2nd and 3rd instalments of Rs.31,41,000.15p, which is scheduled on 10.12.2022, and filed an Affidavit of Appellant to that effect.
Considering the Affidavit of Appellant, time of 2nd and 3rd instalments is extended upto 10.12.2022, to be paid along with 4th instalment, on or before 10.12.2022.
Post the case on 12.12.2022, for compliance of 2nd , 3rd and 4th instalments.
