THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. Nemani Srinivas, Learned Counsel undertakes to file power on behalf of the Appellant before the next date of listing. This appeal is against an order passed by the Learned DRT dismissing the SARFAESI Application. This appeal was preferred in the year 2021 but no application for waiver is moved. Though prima facie the appeal is not maintainable, list the matter on 18th July, 2022 when the maintainability point shall be taken up. In the meantime if the Appellant wants, he may make the pre deposit.
