Learned Counsel submits that vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, United Bank of India amalgamates with the Punjab National Bank with effect from 1st April, 2020.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the array of parties in the Registry within a week.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for, and is granted, two weeks time for filing rejoinder.
