Learned counsel for the appellant submits that fresh order be passed for taking steps within a week to serve the notice upon the respondent no. 3 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Let the same be done.
Perusal of the earlier order dated 09.11.2021 shows that the learned counsels appearing for the respondents were given time to file reply, but the office report dated 20.04.2022 reveals that no reply has been filed till date. The said order shows that the impleadment application filed by Shri Sandeep Arora for impleading the auction purchaser in the present case was allowed and amended cause title was to be filed within three weeks, but as per office report, no amendment has been made in the cause title nor any amended cause title has been filed. Let the same be filed by the next date pursuant to the earlier order dated 09.11.2021.
List this case on 17.08.2022 for service. Till then the interim order shall continue.
