Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court is still operative, therefore, the matter be adjourned for three months.
In view of the above, the case is adjourned to 03.02.2023 for compliance. Till then the undertaking given by the respondent no. 2 shall continue.
