The report of the registrar dated 07.11.2022 shows that the present appeal is already fixed for 03.02.2023. It has been intimated that against the waiver, the SLP filed by the party is pending consideration before the Hon’ble Apex Court.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, let the date already fixed i.e. 03.02.2023 be preponed to 10.01.2023.
