THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Appellant files reply to the counter filed by Respondents 2 and 3; taken on record. During the course of hearing Mr. Avik Sarkar, Learned Counsel, holding brief of Mr. A.K. Dhandhania, Learned Senior Counsel, submits that Mr. Dhandhania will be appearing virtually. No doubt facility is provided by the Tribunal to facilitate the Learned Senior Counsel, who are above 65 years of age, to appear virtually with certain conditions. In this matter an e-mail is sent from the Respondents on the 3rd of May, 2022 at 3.09 pm to provide link for appearance of Mr. Dhandhania virtually. 3rd May, 2022 was a holiday. It could not be expected that the link should be provided as soon as Tribunal starts functioning. It is expected the request for providing link should be made well in advance so that time of the Tribunal is not wasted in providing and getting the link connected.
In view of the above, request for virtual link is refused. However, it is submitted that pleadings are complete.
List the matter on 20th July, 2022 for hearing.
