THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
As per order dated 5th April, 2021, passed by Learned DRT-3, Kolkata, the O.A. 388 of 2014 has been withdrawn by Respondent Bank, being Applicant in the O.A., with the consent of the Appellants herein, on the basis of settlement.
Impugned order is an interim order against which appeal is preferred. The original application, being O.A. 388 of 2014, having been withdrawn, Learned Counsel for the Appellants is not pressing the appeal.
In view of the submission made above, the appeal, being Appeal No. 126 of 2017, is dismissed as not pressed.
