THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellants submits that Respondent No. 1, Oriental Bank of Commerce, has since been merged with Punjab National Bank.
Appellants to move amendment application within one week before the Registrar. Registrar, upon receipt of the application, shall allow the same, thereafter amendment be carried out.
Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank submits that he will appear for Punjab National Bank. Accordingly, let opposition be filed by Respondent Bank within four weeks; advance copy whereof be served upon the Appellants; rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
