Respondent No. 2(a) was reported to be dead and till today no steps have been taken to bring on record the Legal Heirs of the said deceased Respondent by the learned counsel for Appellant. It is submitted that he does not have the details of the Legal Heirs of the deceased Respondent and no information has been given by the counsel who was appearing for the deceased Respondent.
The learned counsel for the deceased Respondent submits that he has no knowledge of the details of his Legal Heirs.
