The record shows that the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2-Bank has already made statement that he will not file reply, which is recorded in the order dated 24.10.2018 of this Tribunal.
The Office report dated 01.07.2022 shows that inspite of last opportunity being granted to the respondent no. 1 vide order dated 11.03.2022, no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1 till date. However, one last opportunity is granted to the respondent no. 1 for filing reply within two weeks, failing which appropriate order shall be passed. In case the same is filed within the stipulated period after serving a copy of the same to the counsel for the appellant, the same shall be taken on record and the learned counsel for the appellant may also file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
