Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The only request, which has been made by the learned counsel for the appellant, is that the pending S.A. No. 290/2019 filed by the respondent be considered and decided by the Tribunal below most expeditiously. It has been intimated that the matter has already been fixed for 15.07.2022, therefore, he prays that the DRT may be directed to consider and decide the said S.A. on the date fixed.
Let the parties be notified that on the said date, the S.A. will be taken up finally for hearing. If any pleadings are to be exchanged, the same be done prior to the date fixed before the DRT concerned. This court has no doubt that the concerned DRT shall consider and decide the abovementioned S.A. on the date fixed, if there is no legal impediment in doing so.
In view of the above, the transfer application stands disposed off.
