THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that service upon Respondents was effected on the 8th of August, 2019 and Affidavit-of-Service to that effect was filed.
Despite service being effected, this Tribunal vide order date 8th August, 2019, directed Appellants to service notices upon Respondents within fifteen days, which has yet not been complied with.
Going through the Affidavit-of-Service, I find the same is defective as in the body of the affidavit no where it is mentioned upon whom the service has been effected. Thus, on the basis of such Affidavit-of-Service, service upon the Respondents cannot be said to be effected satisfactorily.
