An I.A. being No. 80/2022 has been filed by the counsel for the appellant. It has been argued on behalf of the appellants that respondent no. 3-auction purchaser has demolished the Cinema Hall and is creating third party interest over the property in question. The learned counsel further states that inspite of repeated time being granted, no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsels for the respondents state that they have been served with the copy of the present I.A. and seek time to take instruction from the respondents. Let the respondents file their response by the next date.
Till next date, the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today, be maintained by all the parties.
