Appellant has filed an application for substitution of the Appellant Bank since it has merged with Bank of Baroda which is a formal application for amendment subsequent to the merger. Notice has been served on some of the Respondents, but some Respondents are yet to be served. Since this application is a formal application for amending cause title, notice in person need not be served on all Respondents. The application shall be taken on the file and shall be numbered by the Registrar, if there are no other defects.
Post on 08.07.2022 for hearing on I.A. for amendment.
