I.A. No. 228/2022 is filed by the Appellant Bank to amend the cause title on the ground that Appellant Bank (Dena Bank) has now merged with Bank of Baroda.
Respondent No.1 has no objection in allowing the application as it is only a formal application.
Hence, application is allowed. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within 2 weeks.
