The office report dated 04.11.2022 shows that two correction applications being I.A. No. 376/2022 and I.A. No. 378/2022 are pending consideration. The I.A. No. 195/2022 being waiver application is also pending as no pre-deposit has been made.

The report further shows that the counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bank, but no reply has been filed on the correction and waiver applications. The notice sent to the respondent no. 2 has returned back with endorsement “insufficient address”. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the locality, where the said respondent resides. The affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
