The office report dated 20.12.2022 shows that inspite of the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 01.11.2022, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent nos. 3, 4(A), 4(B) and 5 despite several opportunities being granted. As last opportunity, let the said respondents put in appearance and file reply by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed, as the appeal is of year 2019.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that he has not been served with the copy of delay condonation application by the learned counsel for the appellant. Let the learned counsel for the appellant serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank within a week.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank shall inform the learned counsel for the appellant in writing about the order passed today within 48 hours.
