Counsel for the appellant submits that he has not collected the notice as such the same was not served. Further, he is requesting to issue a fresh notice and he will file the service report within a week. Request allow to issue the notice to the respondent and list the matter on 09.05.2022.
He is directed to file the service report on or before the next date of hearing.
