THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and ‘No Due Certificate’ has also been issued by the Bank on 30th September, 2021.
While deciding the appeal No. 01 of 2015 this Tribunal, vide order dated 16th February, 2015, directed that the pre deposit, made in the DRAT and reinvested in FD in Allahabad Bank, shall be returned to the Bank for being kept in an interest bearing no lien account, till the disposal of the S.A. and the said deposit will be dealt with depending upon the ultimate order of the DRT in S.A.
Registry is directed to submit a report within two days as to when this amount was sent to the Bank as per order dated 16th February, 2015. Allahabad Bank has since merged with the Indian Bank.
