THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
On the 8th of August, 2022 on the request of the Respondent, Sri Lakshmi Vara Prasad Seethina, the matter was taken up at 3.00 p.m. and the matter was directed to appear on 10th of August, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
Today when the matter is taken up at 11 a.m. Respondent, Sri Lakshmi Vara Prasad Seethina, again makes a request again to take up the matter at 3.00 p.m. as his Counsel will be reading Kolkata at 1.30 p.m. It appears that Respondent is trying to misuse the accommodation being granted; which cannot be appreciated.
Put up the matter at 3.00 p.m. with a caution that no such accommodation in future shall be entertained.
