This is an application for substitution of the Appellant, namely, Abdus Salam, who allegedly died on 8th February, 2022. In para 5 it is stated that apart from the widow, Rokeya Begum, of the Appellant one son, Rafikul Islam and daughter, Roshanara Begum, are also alive who have not been impleaded as legal representatives. Thus the substitution application is defective and is rejected.
