Applicants have not completed service on the Respondents and hence the matter is placed before this Tribunal by the learned Registrar.
The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submitted that notices provided by the Registry have been lost by him and requested for issuance of fresh notices. The learned counsel undertakes to complete the service.
Hence further opportunity is granted to the Applicant to complete the service on the Respondents. Fresh notice may be issued by the Registrar to the Respondents who have not been served. The Applicant shall serve the un-served Respondents and file affidavit of service before the Registrar.
