THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that Official Liquidator was served through speed post in compliance of the order dated 28th September, 2022. Despite service none appears to represent the Official Liquidator. In the order dated 14th June, 2022 it is mentioned that Mr. Subhodip Biswas appeared for the Official Liquidator.
