THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Application MA No. 13 of 2022 is filed by the Respondent No 5 in the Appeal No. 81 of 2014 on behalf of Respondent No. 5 i.e. Rolex Metals for leave to deposit the amount as per the order dated 13.02.2020 and 14.06.2022 with the Registrar of DRAT on the ground that the demand Drafts submitted by the Applicant to the official liquidator Bombay were returned on the pretext that the official liquidator intends to file the Review petition as well as other proceedings. Affidavit of service shows that the notice was sent to the official liquidator, but none is present for him

although on 14.06.2022 Mr. Soumadip Biswas was present for the official liquidator Bombay.
However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances, let fresh notice be sent to the official Liquidator Bombay fixing on 28th September, 2022 for disposal.
