MA No. 10 of 2022 an application for restoration of Appeal under the order of the Registrar dated 15th July 2022. Learned Counsel submits that due to the illness of father of the Learned Advocate on record as well as his own illness due to Covid 19, steps could not be taken. I find the ground to be sufficient. Accordingly, Miscellaneous Application No. 10 of 2022 is allowed. Order dated 15th July, 2022 passed by Registrar is set aside. Appellants are directed to remove the defects within a week, failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed.
