The three Appeals are connected and the Ld. Counsel who is appearing for the Respondent No.1 Bank has submitted that no instruction on last hearing and today it was specifically posted for Respondent No. 1 Bank to engage another Counsel.
Today nobody is present and representing the Bank. Hence, Appellants have requested to send a notice to the first Respondent Bank and the matter shall be posted for hearing.
Since these Appeals have come up challenging the interlocutory order of D.R.T.-I Mumbai, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants is anxious that the O.A. which is pending consideration would be taken up for hearing while time is being granted to the Respondent No. 1 Bank to appear. O.A. filed by Respondent Bank shall not take up before these Appeals are decided or further orders made.
Post on 21.09.2022 for hearing.
