The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he has already received a copy of the reply filed by the Bank on the regular Appeal as well as on the application for waiver of pre-deposit. But the same is not found in the records of the Tribunal, therefore, the office is directed to search for the reply and place it before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing.
Parties are directed to get ready for hearing on the next date, positively.
