Under the circumstances, I have no option to dispose of the I.A. No. 150/2022 granting the exemption of pre-deposit to the Appellants because there is no final order or determination of the amount by the D.R.T. as against the Appellants. Hence, the waiver prayed is granted. The Appeal has already been taken on file and shall be posted for hearing on 28.11.2022.
