The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the court fees have been paid to prayer clause (a) to the counterclaim and that there are records to that effect in the Tribunal record which is produced.
The records would bear testimony to these facts and hence, the hearing of the Appeal is reopened.
The learned counsel for the Appellant is at liberty to go through the records available and make a submission on the next date of hearing.
