Vide my order dated 12.09.2022, the General Manager of the bank was directed to appear in person through Video Conferencing. Despite the direction he has failed to appear in the matter today. No plausible explanation is forthcoming form the counsel for the appellant for his non-appearance.
List the matter on 31.10.2022. Let the General Manager concerned of the bank appear before this Tribunal in person on the said date.
