No one has appeared on behalf of respondent FI despite repeated calls. Ld. Counsel for appellant states that notice has been served upon respondent FI as well as Mr. H.P. Singh, Ld. Counsel for respondent FI through email.
Ld. Counsel for appellant further states vide order dated 01.06.2022 Ld. DRT-I, Chandigarh has directed the appellant to appear in person and the next date is fixed for 19.12.2022. He, therefore, prays for interim relief.
Heard. No one has appeared today on behalf of respondent despite service by e-mail. In these circumstances, it is hereby odered that the appellants need not appear in person before the Ld.DRT for the next date of hearing i.e.19.12.2022.
With the above direction the present applications stand disposed of.
List the matter on 16.01.2023 for hearing on condonation of delay applications (I.A. No.594/596/2022) as the date already fixed.
