Learned counsel for the appellants seeks more time to make pre-deposit. Sufficient time has already been granted to the appellants for making the predeposit. No more time can be allowed. For want of pre-deposit, the appeal has become non-entertainable. The same is dismissed as such. However, appellant is at liberty to approach this Tribunal with an application for revival of the appeal whenever they make pre-deposit.
